Adrenal Rhythm Reset

3 sessions at least one week apart for complete rhythm recalibration

The adrenal glands are two small endocrine glands located above each kidney producing a variety of hormones and steroids such as adrenaline, aldosterone, cortisol, cortisone, estrogen, and testosterone to name a few. They play an important role in many bodily functions including regulation of blood pressure, metabolism, blood sugar levels, electrolyte balance, immune system, and the sympathetic stress response, among many others. Due to their many responsibilities and the high stress environment we live in, the adrenals are often under high demand or even abused. Chronic stress may cause the adrenals to become stuck in “on mode” due to over activity as early as in the womb if a mother or her unborn baby are in a highly stressful or traumatic state for a prolonged period of time. Although sound therapy is not a medical treatment, many people experience life changing results from resetting the adrenal glands back to their natural rhythm with the use of therapeutic vibrational sound waves allowing the body to shift from a fight or flight, sympathetic state, to a relaxed, parasympathetic state of healing.

What to Expect for your Session:

Please drink plenty of water the day of your session and up to 3 days after for best results and ease of integration. Since the body is accustomed to running on high amounts of adrenaline prior to reset, increased fatigue is common for 1-3 days following each session (primarily the first). Please plan timing of sessions accordingly to accommodate for rest and self-cares as needed.
