Service Description

If you are feeling confused or stuck on your journey to recovery from childhood trauma, PTSD, codependency, and/or addictions, or if you're nervous about the potential for relapse, we are here to help you navigate our extended version of the traditional 12-step recovery program. According to Dr. Bill and the founders of the traditional 12-step recovery program, potential for relapse seems to be highest if the connection to the higher power is not maintained, or if a thorough self-inventory and personal house cleaning is not complete during and after step four. We guide you through a thorough self-assessment process using a much more in-depth approach than you will find in the Big Book. This allows you to see what may be stuck in your blind spot causing cravings and temptation to fall back into old negative habits and thoughts. We also offer guidance on the best routines for connecting with the higher power through simple and effective guided meditation and prayer rituals along with other highly supportive spiritual practices. Coaching is offered as a standalone service, or it may be combined with Biofield Tuning sound therapy which works complimentary to coaching to locate repressed emotions and trauma patterns trapped in the subconscious outside of your awareness. Single coaching sessions may help you get unstuck during your self-reflection steps so you may continue moving forward independently, or you may prefer multiple sessions for more in depth guidance along your journey. Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule for any reason, please notify us by email or text message at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to receive full credit for your session. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations less than one week in advance, or for missed appointments.
